Instead cannabis should be used more purposefully & responsibly to enhance it's effects. In our opinion there are six reasons to use cannabis; relaxation, recovery, energy, focus, creativity, & meditation. Finding the right dosage and right method of consumption takes time. Licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. Erika has been practicing acupuncture and prescribing custom Chinese herbal formulas since 2003 in Boulder.
Erika has a masters in Oriental medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College and has studied in Hanoi, Vietnam in the National Institute for Traditional Medicine. She has studied muscular skeletal acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and nutrition extensively. Erika is a custom Chinese herbalist and has a granular Chinese herb pharmacy.
Erika has been incorporating cannabis into her practice for the last 3 1/2 years. She is constantly researching cannabis and using it clinically based on her research. Her patients have taught her so much about how this plant works.
Erika is an avid mountain biker, skier, hiker, surfer and lover of the outdoors.
Sarah grew up in Massachusetts. In 2010 she moved away to from everything she knew to be in Colorado. Her days are filled with lots of movement and activity. "I'm a skeptic, I like to get my own answers - yoga/movement is the best way for me to do that, and get to know myself on a deeper level." Throughout her practice, which began around 3 years ago, she discovered her talent for movement. Her hands are her comfort zone and is the reason she focuses on hand balancing. She found that comfortability by asking her body a series of questions on a daily basis and overtime learned to respond in the appropriate ways. "If there is a physical asana/task/movement that I cannot do, it is not because that physical asana/task/movement isn't for me and it's not because the body I was given, just doesn't do that, it's simply because I am not ready." By dissecting that asana/task/movement, the big picture falls into building blocks and she better see's the areas that need more work. "With the proper focus and work, I will one day be ready for that asana/task/movement."

Heidi Keyes is the creator of Puff, Pass & Paint, the first legal cannabis-friendly art class. In 2009, she graduated from Carthage College in Wisconsin with a BA in Studio Art, and relocated to Denver, Colorado in 2010. Heidi is passionate about cannabis for both medical and recreational uses. She started Puff, Pass & Paint in January of 2014, and it was quickly apparent that art and cannabis are extremely complimentary, encouraging laughter, creativity, and introspection. She and Michael Eymer, founder of Colorado Cannabis Tours, merged businesses in 2015. Together they are expanding their classes, tours, and other cannabis-friendly activities to other legal states through parent company CannabisTours.com, which currently offers classes in Colorado, Washington DC, Oregon, Nevada, and California. When she isn't making art, she enjoys cooking, hiking, camping, and traveling, both for work and pleasure. She is still aspiring to roll the perfect joint.
Third generation culinary professional from California who professionally trained at Johnson and Wales University. Patrick has been in Colorado since 2000 where he attended Johnson and Wales University. Patrick is a well known Chef in the cannabis industry and works with my 420 tours. He leads both the Sushi Sake and Joint Rolling and Cooking with Cannabis programs.
